Why I Made This Journal
I felt stuck in the day-to-day and wanted to take control of my focus again.

For years, I was the guy with big goals but no real progress.
I’d write lists, download apps, watch productivity videos - and still end up distracted. I was always “busy,” but nothing was actually moving forward. My goals felt further away every year, and honestly, I thought maybe I just didn’t have what it took.
Then one morning, out of frustration, I gave myself a rule:
One to Two hours. One block. No distractions.
That was it. No 10-step system, no complicated planner. Just a focus block I had to protect like my life depended on it.
And something clicked.
Day after day, I showed up for those one-two hours. I started building my freelance business. I got better clients. I gained momentum. Eventually, I built a freelance business where I don’t need a “real job” anymore - all from stacking those focus blocks.
That’s why I created The Focus Leads To Progress Journal.
Because I know what it’s like to flounder for years. To be stuck in the cycle of starting and never finishing. To waste time thinking instead of doing.
This is a simple, no-fluff accountability system that gets you to show up, focus, and make real progress - right there on the pages.
